Root nodule microbiome of Lotus tenuis in the Flooding Pampa, Argentina.

Trap plants of Lotus tenuis were grown under controled condition, using soil from the Flooding Pampa of Argentina. Two types of soil were used to evaluate the root nodule microbiota. The main physicochemical difference between the soil types was salinity content expressed in electrical conductivity.
