资源简介:
This stone projectile point is known as a Hardaway-Dalton, and it was found by Darius Vojdani at a multi-component quarry site (31WA2292) in western Wake County, NC. It dates to the late Paleoindian period (c. 8700-8000 BC). This artifact is made from quartz and measures 4.1 cm long, 2.2 cm wide, and 0.6 cm thick. This point has been re-sharpened many times and may have been left at the quarry when its owner collected stone to make new tools. This model was constructed by Mary Beth Fitts with 197 photos using the Agisoft Metashape software. (Credit: NCDNCR/OSA)
