Data included in this folder are 1) a text file containing individual bam file names (BamFilelist.txt), 2) a gzipped beagle file (all_samples_maf0.05_miss0.3.nuclear.beagle.gz) created by the program angsd that contains genetic data for individuals in BamFilelist.txt, and 3) a text file (LocationData.txt) containing information about how individual names are relation to sampling locations. This latter file contains genotype likelihoods for 607,980 variable sites (SNPs) in the genome estimated for each individual. We collected these data to investigate whether spatially and phenologically distinct spawning aggregations of Pacific herring from the Pacific Northwest coast are genetically differentiated. Genotype likelihood data were generated using low-coverage whole genome sequencing.
This dataset was generated under NPRB project 1808.
