REFrACT: Refactoring Actions Vocabulary

REFrACT is a vocabulary for describing and validating a Transformation Manifest File (TMF). A TMF records the metadata and refactoring actions associated with an ontology transformation process, including refactoring, evolution, transformation, and localisation. REFrACT has been aligned to the DASH Data Shapes Vocabulary, which in turn imports the Shapes Constraint Language (SHACL). REFrACT provides a controlled vocabulary of refactoring action types, each with associated SHACL shapes graphs for validation, enabling the provenance and configuration metadata of ontology transformation processes to be captured in a machine-readable and reusable form. An example TMF is provided for each refactoring action.
