资源简介:
The conceptualization of resilience as a dynamic process that can only be understood over time requires longitudinal designs for resilience research. As these are time-consuming for participants, short scales for the assessment of resilience-related concepts are needed to minimize participant burden. This project aims at providing reliable and valid self-administered assessments of the State Self-Compassion Scale (short and long form), and shorter versions of the (trait) Self-Compassion Scale and the Perceived Stress Scale. Moreover, the project will shed light on the complex relationships between these concepts and other psychological constructs by means of correlational network analyses. German-speaking adults (N ≥ 1000) will take part in the repeated-measures online study (two measurements, 4 weeks apart). Participants will fill out questionnaires on state and trait self-compassion, positive and negative emotions, state optimism, state anxiety, perceived stress, coping, life satisfaction, resilience, self-efficacy, sense of coherence, psychopathological symptoms, self-criticism, positive appraisal style, and subjective health. unknown other
