Based on the unbiased Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting (MWISP) survey data of 12CO, 13CO, and C18O (J=1–0) line emission in two regions toward the inner and outer Galaxy, i.e. the G50 (44◦.75 ≤ l ≤ 60◦.25) and G120 (119◦.75 ≤ l ≤ 130◦.25) regions, molecular clouds (MCs) are identified and examined. Both regions have Galactic latitudes of |b| ≤ 5◦.25. MCs are identified as distinct continuous structures in the 12CO data cube with T_{mb} >= 3 sigma. See Zhou et al. 2025 for details of full criteria to select MCs with enough significance. The basic parameters of the MCs, including their position in the Galactic plane, are estimated.
