对金黄色葡萄球菌Newman菌株暴露于10XMIC抑菌和杀菌抗生素的指数生长培养中存活细胞密度的变化研究。采用10 ml经阳离子调整的MHII培养基,在37°C下剧烈振荡。对照组(CON)为无抗生素培养基。其中,GEN代表庆大霉素,OXY代表氧哌嗪青霉素,VAN代表万古霉素,DAP代表达托霉素,CIP代表环丙沙星。
