ISOSeq transcriptome of European Robin

Using multiple different tissue samples from a single individual, we have created a high-depth ISOSeq transcriptome, trying to capture as much of the European robin transcriptome as possible. The sequencing was funded by the German Research Counsil (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, grant number 395940726, SFB 1372 'Magnetoreception and navigation in vertebrates') and was generated by the group of Arne Nolte at the University of Oldenburg in collaboration with the group of Miriam Liedvogel at the Institute of Avian Research.
