RNA-seq analysis of overexpressed in soybean root hairs before and after Phytophthora sojae infection: experimental group and control group in soybean root hairs, respectively, and transcriptome sequencing was performed at 0 h and 3 h after Phytophthora sojae infection, in order to deeply explore the potential transcriptional regulation mode.
