The effect of salt stress on the nutraceutical, physiological, and phytochemical properties of Trachyandra ciliata, an edible halophyte from the Western Cape, South Africa.

This study was carried out to evaluate the nutraceutical, phytochemical, and physiological properties of T. ciliata under varying degrees of salinity to promote its consumption, therapeutic use, and commercialization. This was conducted in fulfilment of the requirements for the degree Doctor of Horticulture, 2025.
