Single-cell RNA sequencing dataset of oral squamous cell carcinoma with distinct worst pattern of invasion (WPOI) grades

This dataset contains the single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) profiling of 6 human oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) clinical specimens stratified by the worst pattern of invasion (WPOI) grading system. Specifically, the cohort comprises: Low-invasion OSCC specimens (WPOI grades 1–3, n = 3) High-invasion OSCC specimens (WPOI grades 4–5, n = 3) The provided fileincludes raw and normalized gene expression count matrices, quality control metrics, dimensionality reduction coordinates (UMAP/t-SNE), cell type annotations, and clinical metadata for all sequenced cells. This analytical substrate supports the investigation of tumor microenvironment dynamics, cellular heterogeneity, and invasive progression in oral cancer.
