Effect of overexpressing Il-25 mediated the regulatory gene expression in the absence or presence of EV71 infection in HeLa cells

To investigate IL-25 in the regulation of antivral immunity, we established Il-25 stably expressing cell lines in which each target gene has been regulated by IL-25 overexpression.
