Dummy Excel dataset for tabular data de-identification training

This dataset contains dummy hospital admission data generated manually through randomisation from various sources (no LLM usage) for a teaching session on data anonymisation in the social sciences. Any similarity with actual people would be entirely accidental. Check the readme file for more information.
