Planning and Design Code Overlays

Planning and Design Code (P&D Code) Overlays are layers in the P&D Code under the _Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016_ (PDI Act 2016). \r\n P&D Code Overlays identify areas where specific P&D Code policies are applicable or where an area may be subject to referrals.\r\n\r\nThe data is updated fortnightly and can be viewed in the South Australian Property and Planning Atlas (SAPPA).\r\n\r\nNOTE: all the overlays have been combined into a single dataset and individual overlays can be viewed by doing a definition query on the name field.
