Landscape Character Area (2017) (SDC) (Public)

Sevenoaks District Council commissioned LUC in August 2016 to review and update the existing landscape character evidence base, and produce an updated landscape character assessment. It is intended to provide context for policies and proposals within the emerging Local Plan, inform the determination of planning applications, and inform the management of future change. This character assessment updates the District’s previous Landscape Character Assessment.七橡树区议会（Sevenoaks District Council）于2016年8月委托LUC对现有景观特征证据库（landscape character evidence base）进行审查与更新，并编制新版景观特征评估（Landscape Character Assessment）报告。本评估旨在为拟制中的地方规划（Local Plan）内的各项政策与提案提供背景支撑，为规划许可申请（planning applications）的审批决策提供参考，同时为未来发展变迁的管理工作提供信息依据。本次景观特征评估更新了该辖区此前的景观特征评估成果。
