Study on the effect of exogenous addition of autotoxins on rhizosphere soil microorganisms of Panax notoginseng

In this study, the rhizosphere soil of 3-year-old P.notoginseng was used as the research object. Based on metagenomics and metabolomics, the soil microbial composition structure and functional annotation information before and after the action of autotoxic substances were analyzed, and the functional expression and metabolic differences of soil microorganisms were analyzed. It can better reveal the relationship between microorganisms and plant health.
