Consistent sociality but flexible social associations across temporal and spatial foraging contexts in a colonial breeder

Association data for each association type (colony departure, colony return, commuting and foraging).

Colony_departures_assoc.csv & Colony_returns_assoc.csv: Data of individuals co-departing/co-returning the colony within a 3 min time window; indA and indB give the ID of the birds involved in the co-departure/co-return, tripA and tripB give the trip number of each individuals trip. date_timeA and datetime_B give the time of colony departure/return for each individual. tdiff gives the difference in time between indA and indB departure/returns. diffangle gives the difference in travel angle between individuals. assoctype gives the type of association (departure or return).

Commuting_assoc.csv & Foraging_assoc.csv: datetime_start & datetime_end, give start and end times of the association. startdist and enddist give the distance between individuals at the start and end of the association. meanangle gives the mean difference in heading during commuting associations. interactionid gives an indentifier to each association. assoctype gives the type of association (commuting or foraging).

Location.strat.csv - gives the location based strategy of each individual (bay, swtich or strait).
