Bringelly Road upgrade : ecological assessment

The NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) is proposing to upgrade Bringelly Road. The Bringelly Road upgrade (the proposal) involves widening Bringelly Rad from a two lane road to a four lane divided road, between the Camden Valley Way intersection at Leppington and The Northern Road intersection at Bringelly as well as the upgrading of a number of intersections. The ecological assessment involved flora and fauna surveys and a review of existing information regarding the ecological characteristics of the locality. In order to further inform the study, input has been sought from a number of community groups with a special interest in wildlife.
