MC38-LM3b-shScramble and MC38-LM3b-shSLAMF3 liver metastatic lesions formed by spleen injection were used to isolate immune cells with CD45 magnetic beads, followed by scRNA-seq sequencing to analyze the effect of SLAMF3 on the colorectal cancer liver metastatic microenvironment. Liver metastatic lesions were formed in mice with MC38-LM3b-shScramble and MC38-LM3b-shSLAMF3. For each group, liver metastatic lesions from three mice were pooled together for subsequent CD45-positive immune cell sorting and scRNA-seq analysis.
