A COVID-19 dataset for academic investigation: Comparison of ML methods vs. Traditional statistics

A comprehensive COVID-19 dataset with comorbidites and laboratory variables are listed in the dataset. Dataset includes variables such as gender , Computerized Tomography (CT) results, vital signs, comorbidites, and coagulation variables (PT, aPTT, INR,Fibrinogen, Platelet and D-Dimer). The data have been prepared Anonymously. Both English and Turkish version of the dataset have been provided.

本数据集为涵盖合并症与实验室检测变量的综合性新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）数据集。数据集包含性别、计算机断层扫描（Computerized Tomography, CT）结果、生命体征、合并症以及凝血功能变量（PT、aPTT、INR、纤维蛋白原、血小板与D-二聚体）。该数据集已完成匿名化处理。本数据集同时提供英文与土耳其语版本。
