Variegated ripening berries belonging to the Vitis vinifera cultivars cv. ‘Béquignol Noir’. Bequignol variegation

Ripening berries belonging to the Vitis vinifera cultivars cv. ‘Béquignol Noir’ (some of which presented the variegated berries), and ‘Béquignol blanc’ were sampled from a grapevine germplasm collection (ISSV, INRA Bordeaux, France) at five weeks after veraison (5WAV) at two consecutive years (for transcriptomic analysis) and every two/three weeks, starting from the onset of ripening (veraison) for qPCR gene expression analysis and volatile aroma compounds identification and quantification.
