Share of frozen products sold on promotion in the Netherlands 2019, by category

In 2019, roughly one out of five frozen food products was sold on promotion in the Netherlands. Promotional pressure was highest in the dessert segment. Of the complete desserts, over 40 percent was sold on promotion. By comparison, in the potato product segment, this was less than ten percent.
