We first performed the functional expression of lipase B from the yeast Candida Antarctica (CALB) in Corynebacterias strain. All mutants were designed and constructed on the basis of the wild type of Corynebacterias based on a gene expression system that encoded one major protein from efficient protein secretion. C. glutamicum S9114 and MB001 were used in this study. Genomic DNA of Candida Antarctica was inserted in pUC18 and expressed in Escherichia coli DH5α cells. The best recombinant plasmid was selected to transform Corynebacterias by Electroporation assays.
