Effect of depletion of Kdm5a on gene expression of zebrafish

To study Kdm5a regulation of gene expression in zebrafish, we established a Kdm5a-deficient animal model by crispr/cas9.We then performed gene expression profiling on RNA-seq data at two time points, 24h and 48h after fertilization in zebrafish. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from WT-zebrafish and Kdm5a-KO zebrafish at 24h and 48h after fertilization.
