Spatial transcriptome profiling of breast cancer with distinct hormone receptor and HER2 status

Breast cancer presents diverse subtypes, with distinct molecular profiles. Understanding the differences between breast cancer subtypes is essential to unravel the molecular mechanisms that drive heterogeneity. We present a spatial transcriptomics dataset generated from 15 human breast cancer tissues representing two distinct subtypes. Seven samples were hormone receptor (HR) + and HER2-, and eight samples had HR- HER2+ status. This resource provides a spatially-resolved transcriptomic profile that captures subtype-specific gene expression patterns and tumor microenvironment features. This dataset can serve as a reference for studies on breast cancer heterogeneity.
