Faecal microbial by metagenomic sequencing in T2DM mice

This study utilized a T2DM mouse model induced by a high-fat diet (HFD) and streptozotocin (STZ). The aim of this study was to evaluate NFE-regulated glucose homeostasis and lipogenesis through the intestinal microbiota-gut-liver axis pathway in mice with T2DM and to explore the possible molecular mechanism mediated by the gut microbiome.
