Universe of citations for sample in the Multiuser Database on the US Courts of Appeals (2009-2016)

This dataset goes with another linked dataset, Multi-User Database on the U.S. Courts of Appeals (2009-2016). This dataset includes the files with the universe of case citations, by circuit year, from which the samples were drawn (users may need this for weighting purposes; or, they may wish to augment the observation set).
