To explore which pathways participated in dysfunctional eMDSC differentiation, we performed RNA sequencing on Gr-1 cells, eMDSCsfl/fl and eMDSCsKO to screen for potential candidates that might participate in the SOCS3-deficiency-induced differentiation arrest in eMDSCs. Overall design: mRNA profiles of Gr_1, WT and SOCS3-/- mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina.
