Gene expression analysis of stable HMGA2-overexpressing DLD-1 cells (DLD-1-HMGA2) and its control cells (DLD-1-Vector). Overall design: Stable HMGA2-overexpressing DLD-1 (DLD-1-HMGA2) and the corresponding vector-overexpressing (DLD-1-Vector) cell lines were established by transfecting tGFP-tagged pCMV6-HMGA2 and pCMV6-AC-GFP plasmids, respectively, and then stable clones were selected with 1 mg/mL G418. Stable cells were maintained in medium containing 0.5 mg/mL G418. Total RNA from untreated cells were prepared form microarray analysis.
