Identification of key genes involved in abiraterone resistance by GeCKO scaning

To determine the key genes involved in the progression of Abi resistance, LNCaP-Abi cells were infected with GeCKO library and then were injected subcutaneously into the flanks of 8-week-old castrated male nude mice, mice administered with AA . Reads of sgRNAs before and after AA treatment were determined by next-generation sequencing.
