High accuracy nanopore sequencing of Allorhizobium (previously Agrobacterium) vitis strains

This initiative aims to generate complete genomes for a range of historical Allorhizobium (previously Agrobacterium) vitis strains. Specifically, this study focuses on using long-reads to confidently recover and assemble the complete circular plasmids carried by these bacterial strains, offering valuable insights into their virulence.
