This dataset includes the codon-based multiple sequence alignment of the barley Mla gene family using alleles discovered in domesticated and wild accessions, source information for each allele, and AlphaFold2-based predictions for the interaction of Mla alleles with the Magnaporthe oryzae effector Pwl2.
