Genome Assembly and Annotation of Brassica juncea var. tumida (YAXY) and GWAS-Related Figures

Data Overview：A chromosome-scale genome assembly and functional annotation of Brassica juncea var. tumida (cultivar code: YAXY) are provided in this dataset. These resources offer essential genomic support for genetic improvement and evolutionary studies of this important industrial pickling crop.Genome Assembly：The chromosome-scale genome assembly was generated by integrating multi-platform datasets, including Illumina NovaSeq 6000 short reads (137.01× coverage), PacBio Sequel II long reads (113.89×), Bionano Saphyr optical maps (158.77×), and Hi-C data (106.55×) (Table S1). The final assembly totaled 909.10 Mb, showed an estimated heterozygosity of 0.39%, and reached a scaffold N50 of 57.77 Mb.Genome Annotation：Protein-coding genes, non-coding RNAs, and repetitive elements were annotated based on homology-based approaches and transcriptome-supported evidence.GWAS：This dataset also includes figures generated from genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of Brassica juncea var. tumida, providing visual summaries of population-level association analyses.
