Fecal microflora regulated by fermented pineapple peel residue in Chuanzhong black goats

The present research investigated the effects of partially substitution of fermented pineapple peel residue (FPPR) for whole corn silage (WCS) on the fecal microflora in Chuanzhong black goats. A total of 24 black goats aged 4 months with similar hereditary background and body weight were assigned into 3 treatments randomly and averagely according to the FPPR substitution ratio (0%, 25%, and 50%, named CON, B25, and B50).
