Supplement number 1

The supplementary material contains simulation results of the log-periodic antenna, Electron Probe Micro-Analyzer (EPMA) analysis of the fabricated device, and calculation of the Schottky barrier height of the WSe2/Cr/Au junction. Also, it has SEM images of other devices to show contact area asymmetry. Furthermore, a detailed discussion has been included to rule out other possible mechanisms, such as bolometric effect and Schottky rectification in THz detection, with sufficient experimental evidence, including NIR measurements and bias-dependent THz measurements.
