资源简介:
This study investigated the molecular mechanism by which flavonoids from Ornithogalum caudatum exert anti-hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) effects in vitro. The results demonstrated that these flavonoids effectively suppressed the proliferation and migration of HCC cells. Mechanistically, the treatment significantly downregulated SRSF7 expression, which consequently inhibited the splicing of PKM pre-mRNA into the PKM2 isoform while promoting PKM1 expression. This shift led to the inhibition of aerobic glycolysis, thereby curbing the malignant proliferation of HCC cells. This research provides the first evidence that O. caudatum flavonoids target the SRSF7-PKM axis to modulate metabolic reprogramming, revealing a novel anticancer mechanism and suggesting their potential as promising anti-HCC therapeutic candidates.
