Data and code for "Family life is critical for migration and survival in a long-lived social bird"

This Zenodo entry contains data and code for "Family life is critical for migration and survival in a long-lived social bird". "Linssen_2026_Behav_Ecol_Sociobiol_data.RData" provides the necessary data and two custom functions, and can be opened directly into the R environment. "Linssen_2026_Behav_Ecol_Sociobiol_metadata.json" contains metadata information on the data tables included in the RData file. "Linssen_2026_Behav_Ecol_Sociobiol_script.R" provides the script which can be run, once the data is loaded, to reproduce the results. "functions_script.R" contains two customised functions for data processing that are used in the main script. "tracks.csv", "pairs_familial.csv", "pairs_familial_add_reunions.csv", "tracks_juvenile_comparison.csv" and "juvenile_survival.csv" are the .csv versions of the data tables in "Linssen_2026_Behav_Ecol_Sociobiol_data.RData".
