A total of 480 vibration signal segments were obtained under various core-loosening conditions. Among these, approximately 60 segments correspond to the normal (non-loosened) state, 100 segments represent a lightly loosened state, 190 segments are moderately loosened, and 130 segments reflect a severely loosened condition (the exact numbers vary slightly due to experimental constraints). Each raw time-series signal is 2 seconds in duration and serves as the input to the proposed model.The dataset used in this study comprises vibration measurements collected from a power transformer under various core clamping conditions. Four distinct operating states were considered: normal (no loosening), Loosen-60 (moderate loosening), Loosen-80 (more significant loosening), and Loosen-100 (severe loosening). These labels correspond to different reductions in the clamping force applied to the transformer core. For example, Loosen-60 indicates that a core clamping bolt was loosened to 60% of its nominal torque, Loosen-80 to 80%, and Loosen-100 denotes a condition approaching complete loosening.
