资源简介:

Despite the success of traditional methods, the demand for shortened treatment protocols has grown significantly. A critical challenge remains the progressive atrophy of the alveolar bone following tooth extraction. This atrophy is often exacerbated by the absence of intraosseous functional loading, leading the bone to reduce its volume and alter its quality due to "disuse atrophy" (Petrov I.Y., 2014). While delayed loading aims to protect the healing interface, the lack of mechanical stimulation during this prolonged period may inadvertently contribute to bone resorption. Therefore, optimizing rehabilitation timelines by applying controlled early functional loads to stimulate bone regeneration is highly relevant. Accurate assessment of these biomechanical interactions requires advanced diagnostic methods like 3D radiography (CBCT) to monitor structural changes in the peri-implant region effectively.
