资源简介:
Quinoa is a herb within the Quinoa subfamily of Amaranthaceae, with remarkable environmental adaptability. Its young leaves and grains are edible and rich in protein, amino acids, microorganisms, and minerals. Further, it is a crop plant of great value as a model for research. Although fertilization effects on quinoa yield and quality have become the focus of much attention by researchers, the mechanisms underlying fertilizer effects on quinoa remain unclear. As one of the three major nutrient elements in plants, potassium has an important impact on plant growth and development. This study focused on the physiological differences in quinoa seedlings in response to potassium supply. Extensive joint metabolome and transcriptome analyses were conducted in seedlings 30 days after fertilizer application to characterize the growth response mechanism of quinoa seedlings to potassium.
