Rupture calculations and scripts for Along-strike stress delays the ordering of slip

Data and code for the manuscript "Along-strike stress delays the ordering of slip on a fixed-length fault" by Wenjie Lyu, submitted to Seismica. The preprint is https://doi.org/10.31223/X5PN7T; it is not a data DOI. Contents. code_results.zip: the scripts, the result files from which the numbers in the manuscript and the supplement are computed, the metadata of each rupture, and the source of fdfault (Daub, 2020) at commit ec066f0 with one documented change; start with REPRODUCE.md, which also lists how the record was checked. inputs_part01.zip: the fdfault input and initial-stress files of every rupture used in the manuscript. derived_part01.zip: the arrays from which every station based number is computed, with a script that recomputes 1785 reported values from them alone. fault_*_partNN.zip: rupture-front times and the full fault slip time series of every rupture used in the manuscript. lengths_cal_near63_partNN.zip: the ruptures behind the lengths in Figure 5. early_*_partNN.zip and box_stations_part01.zip: the complete outputs, including station records, of the earlier calculations in the supplement and of the widened domain check. Not included: the station velocity records and the fault slip rate of the ruptures in the main text, about 16 GB. They can be regenerated from the input files with fdfault. Slip is in metres, distances in kilometres and times in seconds. Unpack all zips into one folder.
