This dataset includes 109 complex alignment rules between GMO and GBO. Each rule has been thoroughly analyzed to validate the hypotheses underlying automated complex ontology alignment tasks. Comprising 109 rules in total, this dataset is dedicated to the task of complex ontology alignment.
