Incoming President Closing Ceremony Speech, IFLA WLIC 2025

The Incoming President’s Closing Ceremony address at IFLA WLIC 2025 acknowledges the leadership of outgoing President Vicki McDonald and the collective achievements of the Federation over the past two years.
