Soil fungal communities associated with SCN

This was part of a survey study that took place in Ohio where soils were collected from soybean production fields. The goal was to identify changes associated with different levels of soybean cyst nematode (SCN) infestation in the fungal community of the soil. The results from this study helped us pinpoint fungal species of concern like potential pathogens that co-occurred with SCN and highlighted other species with potential for SCN antagonism.
