Desert soil 16S rRNA for bacteria in rhizosphere and bulk soil

The objective of this study is to investigate the composition and function of rhizosphere and bulk soil bacteria associated with the desert plant Artemisia ordosica. The research was conducted at the Yanchi Research Station situated on the fringe of the Mu Us Desert in northern China.
