Transcriptomic taxonomy analysis of ovarian cells during primordial assembly in goats

To understand how the development of primordial follicles is controlled by a complex network of interactions between oocytes and ovarian somatic cells in goat, we performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) from goat E85 and E125 fetal ovaries. Overall design: we obtained goat ovary tissues from 2 embryonic stages (E85 and E125) with ethical approval and performed scRNA-seq in this study
