Rattus norvegicus sequences for population studies in a rural landscape

The aim of the present work is to determine through population genomic approaches the degree of genetic cohesiveness between populations of the Norway rat in a rural area of the province of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and to identify barriers and/or corridors for dispersal.
