The Intangible Cultural Heritage Law provides for the establishment of a list of intangible cultural heritage of Latvia, which includes elements of intangible cultural heritage or values to be recognised as a cultural heritage protected by the State and the inclusion of which has extensive support and participation from the relevant community.
