Brucella abortus Tn-Himar-seq data

The goal of this study was to define a set of genes in Brucella abortus that cannot be disrupted by a Tn-Himar transposon when cells are cultured axenically in a complex medium (using the barcoded Tn system described in Wetmore et al, 2015; doi: 10.1128/mBio.00306-15). Data contain the end of the transposon, with barcode, and reveal the junction between the transposon and the B. abortus chromosome.
