Cultivation of Vibrio natriegens with acetate as the sole carbon source

This study aimed to domesticate and screen Vibrio natriegens for high acetate tolerance using adaptive laboratory evolution (ALE). Subsequently, we compared the adapted and wild-type strains cultured under acetate conditions to analyze the underlying mechanism of high acetate tolerance in Vibrio natriegens.
